Hello, I thought that the community should all help and save the planet, our planet. So the first thing to do is we should stop using plastic bottles and use reusable bottles.
Why shouldn’t we use plastic bottles?
You shouldn’t use plastic bottles because plastic takes too long to biodegrade. If we keep using plastic bottles we will have so much plastic that there won’t be any land left for plants to grow.
So, how long does it take for plastic bottles to biodegrade?
It takes about 1,000,000 years for plastic bottles to biodegrade. Well if you ask me that’s a long time!
Fun Fact
“Americans buy an estimated 29.8 billion plastic water bottles every year.” Wow! Isn’t that a lot of plastic water bottles? That’s horrible for the environment, if you ask me!
